There is so many negative things advertised and around us that no wonder people feel victimised and down. You deserve peace to heal – In knowing about all the issues we have to deal with it’s good to change your own mindset and look at everything in a different light. For a good start ignore the fear drivin media, that is one of the emotional downs your body doesn’t need to heal.

Open a different perspective and awareness on what is around us, change to a higher vibration to heal.  Instead of people saying ‘you poor thing’ reply to them by saying “Well now I can have time to study/read at home“, or I will look at now improving our healthcare.” Changing the outlook really helps.

Some great changes you could look at are:

  • To have more patience and forgiveness with yourself and others
  • Be more courageous, loving and adventurous to move some good ideas you have been thinking of
  • Give healing to the body & mind through food & movements
  • Meet new friends who inspire you

Just by opening your ideas and thoughts, changing your outlook in small ways, life gives you new options. Have a look at your own life, what things can you do now, write them down, acknowledge them and do them step by step to improve the outlook – “Look Out For A New Fresh Me :)”

A light of inspiration, a spark of thoughts will move neurotransmitters of healing
