Garlic Kale Chips
• By Joanne Mary •
It is so great to make delicious recipes the whole family enjoys. Better nutrition for everyone’s health with
no processed sugar, no dairy, no meat, no manufactured sauces. Use organic food where possible, your body will thank you.

- 1-2 Flat baking trays
- 6 Kale leaves or a bunch
- Garlic salt to taste
- Himalayan salt to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 – 1.5 Tablespoons
Pre-heat Oven 200 degrees
- Break the kale leaves in small pieces off the stems and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- When leaves are done mix with them the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic salt. 1 Tablespoon is usually enough Mix them together well. Place them spread out, onto trays and bake between 12-15 minutes, until they look browned
- Take them out, place them all onto kitchen draining paper. We used 2 plates with draining paper and spread all the leaves out, they are more crisp when singled out. – After a few minutes draining, add more salt to taste and enjoy

Joanne’s Tip – When first making this I didn’t know what to expect, but was then amazed when I tried them as they tasted really good. Sprinkle any seasoning onto them that you desire. I found the smaller the leaves the crunchier they are. Use organic when possible
