Use Organic for Health When Possible
Joanne’s Tips – We use whatever Organic fruit was in season. Our foods are organic for health. The photo is with organic plums, but any fruit is delicious. Our favorite is either strawberries, mango, rock melon, peaches, plums or banana.
The non-dairy coconut yogurt we use is from a Woolworths supermarket in Australia, but non-dairy yogurts are popular elsewhere just make sure they are natural, unsweetened and organic when possible
For a main meal enjoy a dairy-free Creamy Carrot & Leek Soup
When you decide to withdraw from processed/artificial sugars it is advised not to have anything else with processed sugars as you will not get the true taste of natural sugar recipes that we have created
